Business Startup Package

New business idea? Kick things off with a solid foundation: URL, email, logo, business cards, landing page.

We're all about ideas – validating them, that is. We don’t believe you should spend all your money on a logo before you’ve gotten feedback from clients and colleagues. But you won't get far if you don't look professional... so where's the middle ground?

After nearly two decades of working directly with startup founders, Sarah Schumacher built you the bare minimum to kick things off.

Your Next Steps:

Select your must-haves to build your own package below, then follow the process:

  1. Pay Deposit
  2. Submit Questionnaire
  3. Review Designs
  4. Approve Finals
  5. Launch Idea

Build your own estimate by selecting your preferred options for the Base Startup Package, then add Design and/or Website options to generate your instant quote. Decide what works for your budget, and we'll get it done.

what's included

Our Base Startup Package includes the absolute bare minimum: domain name/URL registration and configuration, email account setup and a professional email signature.

From there, you can choose to add additional account setup, logo design (or cleanup), social graphics, business card design and printing, and/or a basic landing page website. The choices are yours!

Who this package is for:

  • startups who need to inspire confidence in investors
  • serial entrepreneurs launching a new idea

  • hobbyists with a side project who want to look legit

“I had an all around amazing experience with Sarah and Cyclone Press. She made it important to understand my business and the image I wanted to create. She also offered bits of advice along the way, to make sure I had addressed all the steps necessary when starting a business.”

Case Study

Bill Filer Startup Package

As an English language coach beginning from scratch, Bill Filer was the perfect candidate for our Startup Package. He needed everything: domain name registration and email setup, logo design and business cards. Because the website was a high priority, we added a WordPress website package, and built a brand new website to educate potential students on what he offered.

how it works

After building your custom package, you'll pay a deposit, then provide all the info we need via questionnaire. We'll get to work and send you design proofs for review. After edits and approval, your files will be exported and emailed, sent to print, and launched to the interwebs.

Step 1

Pay Deposit

Build your custom startup package below, then submit the form to pay the deposit (Base Package) and we'll kick things off. Domain name and email setup can generally be done in 48 business hours.

Step 1

Step 2

Submit Questionnaire

Submit the Startup Package Questionnaire, which will request all the info we need to get started. You'll also receive a link to a shared Google Drive folder for easy file sharing.

Step 2

Step 3

Review Designs

Review provided designs and request any changes using our handy feedback tool to draw directly on screen.

Step 3

Step 4

Approve Finals

Sign off after final edits are made and files will be exported, business cards printed, and websites launched.

Step 4

Step 5

Launch Idea

Upload your new logo to socials (if we didn’t do that for you) and email your mailing list to announce your new project!

Step 5

Build Startup Package

Select your preferred options for the Base Startup Package, then add Design and/or Website options to generate an instant quote.

startup package FAQ's

No problem at all! When we register your domain name, we can point it at your business's Facebook or LinkedIn page, or perhaps a Gravatar profile or other service. We do want to point it somewhere, but that can be temporary if you don't want to add a landing page at this time.

It's the paid version of Gmail, which allows you to use your own domain name, as well as have access to other more storage and other options. Google Workspace is the standard for small businesses and it's 99% of what we set up for our clients.

We can configure your existing domain with the startup package, no problem. Just leave it off the package (or include it if you'd like to add secondary domain, such as a common misspelling). Our questionnaire will ask where your domain is registered, and we will provide instructions on how to share access.

Only one example is needed: Sarah was once at a networking event where someone was using a QR code business card, which she scanned. When she returned to the tab later that week, the QR code had disconnected or encountered an error. Not only was the contact information lost, after talking to so many people she couldn't even remember who that person was.

A physical business card, on the other, might appear on the recipient's desk at an opportune time, particularly if it looks so cool they hate to throw it away...
